For some reason I have been getting some slight chest pains on and off for the past week. I just underwent pilodinal cyst surgery about three weeks ago and I've had to take a lot of antibiotic medications and painkillers so I suspected they could the reason. It's not really pain in my chest directly, but like right underneath it (top of the abdomen). However, I have stopped taking medication for about five days now but that slight pain still comes back sometimes.

The reason I am weirded out is because it's an on and off thing, it just comes and goes without any reason or precursor. I haven't even vaped a lot recently and I've always used 70/30 juice so there's no change in my vaping habits whatsoever.

I also vape at lower wattages (25 - 40W) with single coil tanks and I make sure I am hydrated properly throughout the day. I don't really exercise anymore because of the surgery, at least until I'm recovered, so could that be the reason? The fact that I am vaping and just sitting here and not really moving much? I think I'll give it a couple of days more and then I'm going to visit a doctor and see what's up.

My chest hurts sometimes because I'm old and smoked for 30 years.

But, I also think I might be out of shape.
My chest sometimes hurts when I watch one of them really sad chick flicks with my wife, I think it is is psychosomatic though...

Hello!
I totally agree with Eskie, you need to check out with your doctor because most of the time chest pain caused by reducing blood flow to the heart. You can also go through with numerous spa treatment which has a healing power of bathing in warm water. It was revealed that soaking in a warm bath increased the heart rate while lowering blood pressure and provide a great comfort and less strain on our heart. Nowadays, most of the doctors recommend that installation of walk in tubs in Spokane, Tacoma and in Bellevue, can relief the chest pain and improve the strength of our heart also.

It looks similar to pain I had for a year or two before I got stents pushed into my heart.
I thought it was something connected with digestion.
To be on a safe side see your doctor.
