I have OCD and kind of by default, GAD. I use cognitive behavioral therapy for both and it's WAY better than the drugs or acting out. I'm fairly sure that nicotine masks some of my symptoms so I'm concerned about going zero nic. On the other hand, I'm using L-theanine and I think if I bump it up quite a bit (it has no toxic level), that I can compensate for nic.
Thoughts? Anybody else here with anxiety or OCD?
