I want to build dual coil but I don't know what type of wire and what gauge to use. I'm new to this rebuilding game. Help me out Fellow Vapers. Right now I'm rocking silica wick with 3 wraps of flat ribbon wire or the bakero wire. It's hard to do a dual coil with this Wire because the holes are really tiny. I plan to upgrade to a nimbus atomizer or the Helios soon.

maybe try just plain old 28awg kanthal wire wrap each coil 2x as much as desired ohms ( dual coil cuts resistance in half). i have the nimbus and many chimbi/chimbuses? they are super easy to build a dual coil 
also make sure you drill the air holes out to right next to the coils i think the octopi have an airhole in the middle? plug it with a tooth pick and drill ones on the side.

if you have asmall enough drill bit you could try widening the holes on the post
