Is it bad to charge your ego twist c with a different charger? I left my original charger in my friends car but I have an old e cig charger ment for a 510 battery e cig.

I would advise against that. The ego is too powerful for it. May have explosive results. Im sure someone will come along who can give a more definitive answer.
Don't do it. I used a different charger for my Ego mini and it blew up. Flames and charred battery pieces everywhere. I posted a thread here about it as a warning (with a picture of the resulting fried battery) a while back. You can forum-search "battery exploded." Be safe!
