I love my Odins. I get a nice combination of flavor and thick vapor from them. I'm strictly a dual coil guy; usually around .4 to .45 ohms. But, the atty in Rob's line up that doesn't get talked about nearly enough, IMO, is the RM4. It's a great little flavor atty, can be built in either single or dual coil mode, and set up for either mouth to lung, or straight lung inhales.

What is difference in setup for different types of hits, mtl or lung? Thanks.

The Rm4 has 3 air hole size adjustments for both dual coil and single coil configurations. I generally use either the middle or largest holes for lung inhales. The smallest holes work for mouth to lung.

The atomic(which is what a rm4 is)was at one time my favorite dripper before I found reoville, was the first(and only) atomizer I modded myself for bottom feeding. That was a real PITA. Great atty though, I still use it on occasion.

IMHO and from trial and many many errors there is a test to see if any atty will give the best flavor possible.

Take the top cap off your atomizer.

Flip it over.

Take a Jelly Belly Jelly bean (Plentiful this time of year)

Try to place the jelly bean in the top cap of your atomizer.

If it fits ...... your leaving some flavor on the table (and not on your taste buds)

Finally eat the Jelly Belly and all his brothers while making a mental note to try and DIY some JB flavored e-juice :)

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!

If you are lacking flavor, you could try a hybrid build; make your coils, oxidize some ss mesh, get a piece of cotton, roll the mesh around the middle as a strip slightly longer than your coil and shove that whole bundle in the coil and trim the ends of the cotton; should give you plenty of flavor, like a genny, but still have the wicking abilities of a dripper and a cotton build :)

Interesting idea. Thanks. I think I'll play around with the RM3 that just came in & perhaps share this with an Odin enthusiast on the classies. It's a really nice atty, just not for me and my style of vaping (flavor #1, single coil, MTL).

My Freakshow mini arrived yesterday so I built it up with dual 26 gauge coils, 10 wraps each metering @ 0.5Ω. This is the first RDA I've used outside the Odin (I have 3). I vaped it side by side an Odin ( 28 gauge dual coils 6 wraps 0.5Ω) and the flavor was no better. It isn't bad flavor it's just I can't tell the difference. The Odin remains my favorite. I have a Rouge on order so I'll see how that compares when it arrives.
