So i was thinking a little bit about ODY dripping mode. I think it might be better to have a 510 type top so that we can use a drip tip. I don't think there really is a need for the tube/neck part. That neck is used for liquid control in tank modes, but we really don't need that liquid control when dripping.

Personally, when i drip i like to take off the drip tip and drip directly on the coil because i can't stand getting juice in my mouth - sometimes the result of juice getting caught in the tip. Having a removable drip tip on the ODY dripping mode would allow me to continue dripping this way.

It also allows people to use their preferred drip tips.

Thoughts??

I do the same as you, removing the drip tip before dripping. I don't know enough about the Ody to comment but I see where you're coming from.

+1 ... I also remove the drip tip, so I understand your point too.

I just think that with the change in the placement/method of juice flow control from the UFS to the Ody, the mouthpiece is almost necessary for most of the configurations of the Ody. But it is a definite possibility to have something different for the dripping mode especially if the Ody has a long-term presence in the GG line (which I think is likely)

My understanding is that the ODY is replacing the UFS and the IAtty. Imeo has also shown that there will be an entirely different casing for "Dripping Mode"

The only thing I'm suggesting is that instead of having the extended neck of this top piece, it's cutoff to allow a drip tip. Hope this makes sense.

Odysseus tips dont allow liquid to be catched by the tip Geoff so no worries about that. But your idea of a new boddy that will accept drip tips is not bad.

Imeo -

Thanks for the reply buddy.

That's good news that you don't think the tip will hold juice. Is the inner diameter wider than the standard ODY tip for easier dripping?

I still would like the removable tip though - easier to drip. Really, there's no need for the extended mouthpiece in dripping mode. There's no juice control. :vapor:

it also gives the 'user' a chance to personallize his GG :) along with the ability to change the way he likes to drip, as there are some tips that are clearly more superior to others for dripping....

I have seen that some mouthpieces are made in the wrong way geoff. They have big hole near the mouth and then the hole comes smaller. Liquid get cought there. Odysseus have a totally straight mouthpiece so liquid doesnt stop anywhere
