Odysseus Dual Coil with Highlander’s big brother coils .7 ohms 4.2v -8.4 volts
To single coils made with two resistance wires each then bonded together to make a dual coil (Highlander style). With a total of 4 resistance wires that leaves you wanting more.
For the folks that love highlander coils get ready for mouthwatering explosion of vapes. Manos and I got together and worked on 2 different sets. We both did two sets of highlander coils adding two extra resistance wires.
Manos did two single coils that are using 2 different resistance wires twisted together on each single coil.
Mano’s two Single coils make up:
Manos created two of one 36 gauge (.13mm) & 34 gauge (.16mm) twisted together as one coil. Then took the two separate coils and bonded them to form a dual coil.
Bishopheal’s two Single coils make up:
I created two of one 34 gauge(.16mm) & 34 gauge (.16mm) twisted together as one coil. Then took the two separate coils and bonded them to form a dual coil.
Results:
His build was able to get enough voltage using one battery to power up his coils. As for me I needed to use 2 batteries because of the gauge. The vape was the same but the heat and power was increased by ten folds from the original dual highlander coils build at .7-.8 ohms. It was fun vaping these massive coils that’s for sure. Manos and I will be adding a lot more things in the weeks to come.
