Hey guys,

Been using my Ody atop my beautiful new SS Stealth. vaping like a freight train at 1.4ohm - love it!

I hate the gap between the bottom of the Ody and the top of the Stealth though - any way around this? If I don't screw the Ody center post down all the way, I get leaking. With it screwed down enough to stop the leaks, the center post sticks out of the Ody's 510 connector about 1mm causing a 1mm gap between the Ody and Stealth. Maybe a thicker o-ring on that Ody center post?

Then again, maybe if I had no gap there, the draw would be too tight. Opinions?

you can do that Yeti. Put a 3x2,5mm and you will be ok. But maybe you forgot that even the o-ring is adjustable by the nut before it. I mean that if you put more NR wire around the pin then the nut will sit lower and the result will be o-ring will sit lower too. So you will have 1. sealing and 2. your center pin will sit exactly where you want it

I don't think you get gap entirely out Yeti. At least not on Stealth.

If you look here on mine you see where milling has left small platform higher than rest of Odysseus base underside.

This bottoms out on top off Stealth 510 connector. As far as you go no matter how you adjust pin. :)

thanks serp:)

The small platform allows Ody to sit flush on other mods. This platform is useless on Stealth.
No problem Imeo, glad to help. Mine has very small gap because of this. Any more and I believe there no more air flow or very restricted at that.

Very happy with mine on stealth :)

Yes, I first notice this when putting mine on Stealth first time, since I put Ody on Stealth with cap off and connector pin backed off.

When Odysseus fully on I then tighten pin to make contact snugly after finger tight, put back on spacer ring then onto body.

I'm afraid of ruining insulator threads by putting ODY with battery already in.

I do same for atomizer too.

You do the right thing Serp. But better to adjust the pole of Odysseus to my opinion

Whistling sound? I'm glad that I'm not alone. I tried to eliminate it by adjusting Ody's center pole, but it still whistles like a cursed dog whistle.
Could it help to allign the gaps in the center poles of stealth and ody? I think they are not in the 'right' angle, causing turbulences which results in that whistling.

Currently I've screwed the base all in and the atomizer until it stops, unscrewed the base, screwed the atomizer a tad (maybe 10°) more in and tightend it.
Drag is absolutely fine, but unsrewing the ody a bit doesn't help.

I'm a bit out of ideas and I don't like to 'fix' it with an o-ring in the juicewell as mentioned in our german forum.
