Is there a difference between US parts and Euro GG parts?

I was noticing that on COV they sell the O-ring set for Odysseus short mode without the little black "washer" for between the ceramic housing and bottom nut. I just was browsing the parts for Penelope and they sell a plastic washer for it. Is this the same piece? Can it be used on Ody instead of the o-ring? They sell the plastic washer for Ody at E-smoke guru but not at COV. I just thought that was odd. Another odd thing, the nut that goes inside the ceramic that holds the center pin on my Ody V2 is smaller than the ones I ordered as spares. THe ones I bought at COV are larger and the ones I got from E-smoke guru are small like the one on the V2 rebuildable I have. Is there a difference in the US parts and the greek parts.

I also ordered a small mouthpiece cap and it is different than the one on my Ody. I dont like the way it feels, It has sharper edges and doesnt screw down as snug on the top cap of the one I have , its really odd. COuld they have sent me a small cap from another item? I dont like the way it I will get some photos up later. I tried out the small cap on my Ody instead of the one that came with it and notice it is harder to screw down and for the first time got some flooding, in fact it cause most of my juice to just spill out from the 510 connector, too much pressure from trying to screw it down snug?

Small cap was not made to totally screw on the reffiling cap ana. As for the plastic insulator between ceramic housing and center pin, its the same and cov will sell it separately too but maybe he didnt put it for sale yet. The nut inside ceramic is different because maybe cov or Greek seller send you the previous nut instead of the new one. They send what they have in stock. But those nuts do the same work, there is no reason to ask them to send you something different than what they already send you:)

I was not even thinking of sending anything back, I never had any doubt either would work. I was just curious as to the difference in parts the sites carry. The only thing that Im not thrilled about is the small top cap. I ordered one a while ago from COV and it was exactly like the one that came with my Ody 2. I ordered another one because I know that I tend to drop things down the drain, so I wanted to have an extra one. The second one that came in is different than the other 2 I have. Like I said the edges are thinner and a bit sharper feeling when working with it. The other caps dont screw down all the way but this one really has a larger gap.

I love all my ODy things and am so excited that in the next week or so I will complete second Ody.

Perhaps it's a UFS small top cap or V1 ody cap? The UFSV2 small top cap is pretty interchangable with the Ody's, but has thinner edges, and,
as it's a bit longer than the V2 Ody small top cap, it will have more of a gap when installed. Does it look like this? UFS Small Top Cap
The v1 Ody small caps look similar to those, 2 notches instead of the 4 on the v2 Ody version, but would have the same gap as your current v2 caps.
Just a guess, could've been a sub/what was in stock, hard to say. Pics?

Yes, I do believe it is the UFS cap, it only has the 2 notches. I will see if I can contact COV and see if I can exchange it, unless there is someone out there that needs this one and wants to swap or buy it off me, I will see. Thanks for the clarification, Mosh and Imeo. As always you guys are the best, such a wonderful helpful community.

I will take some good photos a bit later,
