Hi Guys
Has any one here got a TW Odyssey? I have had one for 2 weeks now and I am very disappointed with it. Firstly the battery life is about 2 hours of vaping. That has now reduced to around 15 minutes even with new batterys. When you fit a new cartomiser it just tastes of cartomiser and not the juice. Yes I did make sure it was fully soaked in juice before I fitted it. The safety catch on the bottem is very stiff to deploy and when off it is slack. Finally after working intermittently it has now completely given up. I have done everything by the book to look after it but now it is just a pretty looking waste of money. Has anyone else had similar experiences with the Odyssey?

I have found the solution to this cigs problems. At the bottem of the battery compartment is a brass screw that is obviously the negative contact. After around 2 weeks this contact gets tarnished. The solution is to remove the screw taking care not to lose the spring and rub the face of the screw with a wire brush or very fine (1200) wet and dry sand paper until it shines like new again. I have found that this solves all the probems together with a tiny amount of vasaline on the safety catch makes it much easier to deploy.
I have now likened my Odyssey to running a TVR sports car. Unreliable, fickle and needs servicing and fixing alot but boy does it look and go well!
