Registration was a bit detailed, but I didn't have any trouble. The registration link was sent to my email immediately, so if that doesn't happen, I think you could be missing information. Are you seeng the code you have to copy and paste right before the personal data? I almost missed that because the colors are so light. Just trying to help ... would hate to have people not be able to donate because of a technical issue with the website!!
I appreciate your attempt to help but no information was missing and the code was entered, just didn't receive activation email.
finally, yesterday, I did receive an email from customer support. all the email said was check your junk folder, nothing else. well I am not a newb to using my email and I most certainly checked that and it isn't there, nor is any of the other activation emails that I requested to be resent while trying to log in.
if customer support can send me an email to tell me to check my junk folder, why can't they send me an activation email? I don't know the answer to that question and I can only assume that there is a flaw in their system.
it is definately a problem on their end. maybe they will get their stuff together but I doubt it since I can not
sense that they have any intentions of trying.
