Because they may contain traces of nicotine. Yes, I'm serious. It's about the flimsiest excuse possible, but it's the one Health Canada is telling Customs agents to use because they really don't have any valid grounds on which to deny them entry otherwise.
yes, Mindfield is right, I've convinced a guy to try and he ordered before me telling him that customs may stop it... I saw the paper he received from HC and indeed they said that blank carts are part of a nicotine delivery system. However, because the guy only ordered 20 carts they let the parcel pass because the number was not in excess of 3 months of usage, now they're expert vapers too...
I`d like to see the law that states that you cant import x amount of nicotine delivery systems because it means for commercial distribution which go against law x...doh.

Our ce3's, ce2's X7's and some other fun stuff is in the clear. Will get it up as soon as it is in our hands, multi colours etc this time for everyone that doesn't dig the monochrome we like to put out.

The ce's don't have ml indicator lines on them... So the don't measure the amount of "dangerous substance x" you are about to inhale so they are clear... Customs are ridiculous... New mission Mopar: convert a customs agent into vaping... Then we'll have a man on the inside... Lol

Yea if your order is shipping on a Monday or a Friday it's like a big dirty mess. Monday everything from the weekend and Friday because everyone gets paid and puts their orders through on thurdsday. Any other day it's all Tom's fault If anyone wants business cards and didn't get them or wants more to hand out we can mail them to you happily.
