Hey Mopar, you gonna get replacement tubes for Stardust? I see Gotvapes has them. I am experiencing the dreaded cracks!

Haha cat's out of the bag on the Lava's it appears. Edited the product selection and should be different now. Tried to clean up the site as much as I can before all the batteries roll in so I can deal with them without worrying about all the rest of the site, it was looking like a swap meet in there
Not going to carry replacement parts for the stardust. We are priced $1.00+ below everywhere else so just buy another one and quit dropping it Maybe some coloured replacement tanks would be a good idea that way there would be a dual use.
Working on the stone tank innards but at our price right now you can get 2 of them for the same price as 1 v3 and 1 replacement innards from some where else so not a priority until a few more people are screaming for them.
Batteries, DIY and Vmax are the priorities right now.

I'm curious how that SS Lava Tube is constructed. I know it's SS and all, but given that the walls of the LT were about as thin as they could make them without it crumpling like a soda can when you push the button, I'm wondering how the SS will stand up to the punishment of daily life. (Not that the aluminum one hasn't done okay, but the endcaps were its weakness, particularly the top.)
I love the lavatube for the $ your can't compare it to devices that cost triple. Like watching a car review/comparison between a Hyundai Accent and an Audi A6. Different strokes for different folks

True, you can't beat the price with a stick. But when people see stainless steel I think they expect a certain level of quality and durability almost regardless of the price, so the question pops up even so.
Hey Eric, as you know, the stainless steel tube will be much more dent resistant than the same thickness of aluminum, so that's always good! Threads will be stronger too I'm thinking you'd love it! Of course this is just blue sky speculation!

Well, there are the questions though. How much thicker? What grade of steel? Are the threads properly chased? What's the top cap like and is the connector straight? Proper venting and enough space around the battery for gas to vent? Have they improved the rattliness of the buttons? The other models (chrome and red) you kind of expect to be the same as the original model because it's the exact same device, just different cladding/anodizing, so you really don't expect anything beyond a different look. Switching to stainless though means a complete change in tooling and therefore assembly, and brings up those new questions.
The stainless weighs a tonne and is amazing looking.

Well I see the stainless are available now......DAMN why must you keep making me buy things! So now I have to think of what I can sell so I can get one. Anyone want a 16 year old kid? Only $64.95!
If memory serves me well.... you'd have to pay someone to take a 16 year old. And I wouldn't be a willing party to that, once was more then enough
