I am also a perfume junky - and not a perfume snob - perfumes at the mall are just fine for me. I also make my own.
Here's a list of my favorite colognes so the boys can wear the smell goods for their women folk:

Bvlgari - Aqva
Givenchy - Pi
Jean Paul Gaultier - Le Male
Prada - Amber
Chanel - Platinum

I'm excited..I made my first omelet this morning and didn't kill it. Only problem was it was in an 18" skillet stuffed to the gills. I hate making them because when I fold them over, I always break the egg. Red bell peppers, cheese, mushrooms, onion, tomato, and ham all went into it. If DH can eat it all it'll surprise the heck out of me.

Post #1 today. I'm on the West Coast. You can probably tell cuz I seem to come here so late, and so much to catch up with (it's 10:16 am here, 1:16 pm on the East Coast). Seems most on the net are East Coasters (or I just don't know where to go to find more West Coasters). I'm not far from Seattle (but not in Seattle). I've always felt like a displaced country girl; big cities are definitely not for me. I like space and trees and mountains and space ...

I have 2 aminals - Griss is a maine ..... He was born with a defect that almost killed him (the vet surgeon didn't think he would make it), but he's doing great. He was 7 in November. Chloe is a black puggle, she was 3 years old in May (or March - have to check her paperwork). Her original owners didn't want her anymore. I wasn't looking for a dog but she looked sooooo unhealthy when I saw her; like a shpeless sausage. I thought, "I can do better than that", brought her home and she's been an active, energetic, funny, loving part of our family for a year and a half. Even Griss accepts her (after a few days of hissing resistance at first).

The previous contest .... The winner has not claimed their prize yet. I think for future ones they need to claim within a certain amount of time, and if it goes unclaimed for x amount of days, then a new winner is selected. I'll give them 30 days total to get back to me. That should be enough time!

Of course it is the holiday season, and maybe they are on vacation! Hopefully this is the case :)

What would be a fair number of days to claim?
Sorry about that, I have been busy with the holidays and I didn't have my settings right so that I'd get an email when I get a PM. I have a smartphone, so I almost always know the instant I get an email, but I don't check a lot of forums mobily because of limited data (stupid AT&T). I have responded to your PM now, yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Way back when I was a youngin', us kids would go to the corner 5&10 on the weekend for some sweets.
The others would get some Skittles, M&M's, Reese's or a Snickers... but I was the oddball and always wanted these:

#2 When I was a kid we would get an allowance, sort of. At the beginning of each month we could get a 50 cent credit. Every time we did something bad we would get a demerit and lose a credit or 2 or more depending on how bad we were. I hated that because by the end of the month I was in the hole so I guess you could say I didn't get an allowance when I was a kid. :(

CHATTER TIME!!!!!

I love ecgiexpress and have said that repeatedly, I am actually going to do something I rarely do, I am going to go leave a positive review of a supplier. They have covered my .... on some flavors three times now and I always told them how much I appreciated them. I don't know if many DIYers notice but I always make sure they are mentioned when talking about suppliers because of their selection, prices, and shipping but they sent me a xmas present........I never expected that, it made me well up today as I've been feeling down, I think 2012 will be a good year with people like them out there........:thumb:

#2: The other candy I always loved but you don't see as much anymore is Bit-O-Honey. While not as hard to find as Abba Zabas, they're not found at most places.

For old time candy see Old Fashioned and Retro Candy - Home of Candy you ate as a kid® you can even sort candy by the decade and they have "decade boxes" with a variety of candy popular during that decade!
