Where the heck is dat invisible maid I hired to do this laundry ? I'm getting tired of her NOT showing up for her duties ! Now I have to do it



(my hubby & I named her 'Marcia' whenever we don't wanna do something we say..."Get Marcia to do it ! Where is she anyways?" ...okay, neither one of us is right in the head )

I am sick!!! My hubby was sick for the first 2-3 days of his vacation and I am sick for the last 3 days of his vacation. I am hoping that quitting smoking will make my colds go away quicker. Usually hubby is sick for like 3 days and I'm really, really sick for 1 1/2 to 2 weeks or more with bronchitis, breathing treatments, lung numbing pills to make the coughing stop and some antibiotics since it always goes into an infection. So far it seems like the cold is much less serious than it would be if I was smoking!!!

I am waiting for the 123rd Rose Parade to start. Weird that it is on a Monday and on the 2nd but also good. I am not going to sleep through the first run this year!!!!

Oh Beans, you are too kind to me but can ya answer me this ?....What the heck am I gonna do when my sweat shorts out the Reo Grand and my warmth melts the aluminum casing into a pool of solder-like molten lava type substance hmmm ? I'm a tellin ya, I'm one HOT mess rite nows !! I believe my new motto will be....Can't afford heat in the winter ? Have a Hot Flash ! yup

That's the great thing about the Grand it's nearly indestructible (I once droped mine in a soaking lasagna pan where it sat all night) She only laughed.........As for melting...Yes she does end up rather warm after a bit, that's when I switch her out with what ever resides on the bed side table......Remote controls, empty glass of water, table lamp Wow, it is rather warm isn't it Where is my Grand.
