Mmmmm..... Danish.
This summer will be crazy here for me. Most of July is filled up by band camp and boy scout camp for my oldest already! Crazy stuff. He wants to be in band, so we go to a meeting about that in two weeks. That will cost us! Trombone is the instrument he is going for.
Then he brought home a permission slip, wanting to join choir next year. Gah! Between boy scouts, band, choir...I won't have any money left ever! Thank goodness I stocked up on juices with taxes. But thinking I should have bought more. I have a huge tote full of various juices...yet mainly go to these, go figure. Can't justify more juices though when I have others to use up first. Plus I have no where to put them
We have swim team this summer. Luckily practice is during the day and her sitter is a coach so she takes her. One night a week for meets. Oh we do have three basketball camps but her sister will help with those since she is one of the players that helps out
We do have a float trip scheduled and some camping but really pretty quiet here. Outside as much as we can be though

I am kind of dreading summer, as bad as that sounds. We always swim at a lake nearby (costs 4 bucks a person to go to the pool and I cannot afford that nor a summer family pass at this point). But we always go in the afternoon. Now that hubby works days, and I work at 5 pm, it will severely limit my time to swim! Sucks! Basically mornings is our best chance to do something on the days I work and there isn't anything exciting at that time of day. Afternoons, the youngest kid usually takes a 2 hour nap. So when I have to work, my days are shot I expect they will go fishing a lot with their dad in the evenings though. Unless they drive him crazy too many times

Yes it is, bass, crappie and bluegill.
We are trying to talk hubby/daddy into getting us a water trampoline but good one's a expensive......so don't think it will happen
