Just a +1 for Jayson's awesome customer support. I sent an email last night about an issue with one of my batts, which is a couple weeks old. I thought I would get some advice or just be told it was broke and would need a new one, but Jayson has already shipped out a new battery! I was pretty shocked, and am very thankful to have purchased from a site with such great service and customer support.

Just a little reminder about how incredibly amazing the vaping community really is.

My dad passed away on July 4th. The visitation was today. Not only did some of the St. Louis Vapers show up, but while walking around the room, I found an amazing bouquet that was sent by the St. Louis Vapers Group. Thanks again for all the support.

Jayson, I am a first-time customer, placing my order late July 4th. I ordered a Bolt and a couple of adapters, batteries, and four juices. I saw that the order was prepared for mailing on the 5th, and it shipped on the 6th. It arrived today very much intact. In fact, I was impressed with what I received, although I have not had the chance to try the juice yet. My one-week "needs to steep" rule is now in progress, but it all smells wonderful.

I was very pleased with my first purchase from you.

Now I read your posting about the loss of your dad, and correlate that to the progression timing of my order.

During your grief, you still took care of business, with nothing missing and nothing just thrown into the envelope.

For what you did during a trying time for you, "thank you" just doesn't seem to be enough. Just know you have a highly appreciative customer -- correction -- highly appreciative repeat customer now. You truly went above the call of business duty.

I extend my heartfelt sympathy in the loss of one so dear to you.

The vaping community is one like no other. We all share a bond that is hard for outsiders to understand. Your local vapers are proof positive.

I hope the memories of your dad give you the strength and comfort to move through the days until you and your dad are reunited again.

Will be purchasing a twist in the future when they are on your site! I could use an extra.

Also, be careful taking the juice on a trip to the rocky mountains, they may explode and leak 3/4 of a bottle into your bag! Good thing I brought 2 bottles! (Also caused my shampoo and bags of chip to pop... whoops)
