Update: I got my GLV2 yesterday as promised. They replaced the headcap and it's firing every time now. But I ordered the 5v regulated and this headcap doesn't seem to be regulated. I can't use anthing below 4.0 ohms on it and even with that the vapor is still pretty warm. With a 5.0 ohm there is little to no vapor or flavor. When I use any ohms below 3.0 the vapor is so hot it burns my throat and the juice. 5v shouldn't do that. The resurrectors work fairly good but still get pretty warm and flavor isn't so good. Also the body of the mod gets pretty warm and I'm not a chain vapor. I'm thinking they may have given me the 6v unregulated headcap. When it rains it pours. :(

I should mention that I've tried RCR123a 3.0v batts with 4.0 ohm carto and the vapor is warm but flavor is gone and when I use the 16340 3.7v the vapor is scorching hot with 3.0ohm cartos. This doesn't sound regulated to me. I just can't win. :(

It shouldnt be that hot.I use 2.5 and 3 ohm cartos all the time and its not scorching, just pretty warm.I cant believe this is happenenig to you.If its 6v send it back again.6v is to hot. Have you used 5v before? Its alot warmer than 3.7 and it does change the flavor of the juice. The body on mine only gets warm from holding it in my hand and when I open it the batts are not hot at all.Call Jay and tell him its still not right and he will fix it again.I know its a PITA but just call and talk to him about it.

Yes, I have a 5v mod and have never had any problems with it at 2.0 -3.0 ohms. Not only that body of this GLV gets warm but the batteries are warm also. I'll call Jay tomorrow so I don't interrupt his weekend but I'm so frustrated with this thing that I'm not sure I even want it anymore. :(

Just seen this. Im very sorry. I asked our new builder to repair it , and he must have made a mistake or sent you back the wrong head cap. Give me a call tomorrow and Ill get to the bottom of this for you, and make sure you get taken care of right away.

I know your frustrated but I still promise once it gets right you will love it.(((Hugs))) Try just one more time to have faith, lol.Jay will fix it right this time.

1 more try but this time I want Jay to fix it and not his helper. I'm sure I will love it when it's working right. I've heard so many good things about it that I went into debt to get it.
