Finally home enjoying a Guinness. Life has gotten better.

Stout is my #1 choice, followed by a good Porter. Most times though, when out & about, I have to "settle" for a Newcastle.

For years just about all I drank was Guinness. Sometimes I'd throw in a Newcastle or Samuel Smith's Nut Brown Ale or Oatmeal Stout for fun. It's weird that I've gone from the heavy stuff to something way, way lighter.

To whomever saw fit to bring to the attention of the moderators that fact that I ran a contest in this thread along with advertising...THANK YOU Thank you sooooo very much for helping me understand the rules. A simple PM would have done the trick but revisiting the forum supplier rules is always a good thing!
