Looks like I have a bunch of pages to this
thread I have to get
through! Sorry for my sporadic posts lately. I put in for a Supervisor job at work last week cuz I am tired of being away for a months at a time and then coming back home and have to find a job for a couple months until I head back up to fish. If I get this job, I can hopefully retire from fishing for good. At least my daughter will be happy.
I spent Monday in a lengthy interview with a bunch of bigwigs. It was a lot easier then I thought it would be. The Plant Manager and other managers just wanted to know about fishing so the HR lady got shut down on most of her questions. Found out later that night while at work that I was chosen but I had to take a Role Based Assessment test before they would make a formal offer. So I got all my login info tonight before my shift and spent two hours taking the damn thing. Wanting on the results and hoping that the only fishing I do from now on is from land.
Time for sleep!!
