Joe doesn't mind what we call him. Whatever it is, he's been called worse.

The French Toast only takes three or four days to steep. Then you will really love it.

The Enigma is great by itself, and it can be added to many other flavors. It blends great with the 555. I forgot what everybody was mixing it with, but Enigma555 is one of my favorites!

Happy National Cheeseball Day

When : Always April 17th

National Cheeseball Day is a day to stuff yourself with cheeseballs. But wait!!! What kind of cheeseball are we talking about? There's the light and airy, puffy cheeseball that you munch on for a snack by the dozens. There is also the cheeseball, often decorated with nuts, that sits on a party tray until spread on a cracker. Is this a celebration derived from the snack industry, or the dairy industry?

When it comes to the cheeseball snack, we are certain that you can't eat just one. Not even a handful. Cheeseballs are addicting. Place a bowl of cheeseballs on the counter, and watch them disappear right before your eyes. Toddlers and young kids are Cheeseball hounds. So are teenagers and adults. In other words, everyone lives cheeseballs.

The cheeseballs of holiday trays is equally loved. Strangely, it is wildly popular around the holidays and hard to find other times of year.

Celebrate today with cheeseballs (both kinds). Serve them after dinner during your favorite Television show, or whenever its convenient.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Origin of "National Cheeseball Day":
Our research did not find the creator, or the origin of this day. We continue to search for him or her. Until we find them, it remains a mystery which cheeseball this day is celebrating.

This is referred to as a "National" day. However, we did not find any congressional records or presidential proclamations for this day.

Happy International Jugglers Day and World Juggler's Day

When :

International Juggler's Day - always April 18th

World Juggler's Day - Saturday Closest to June 17th

International Jugglers Day and World Juggler's Day celebrates the skill of juggling, and those talented people who can juggle many balls and objects at a time. Common objects include: balls, clubs, swords, plates, rings, and flaming sticks. The best jugglers can juggle up to ten balls at a time.

Juggling is a skill and form of entertainment that has been around for thousands and thousands of years. Some of the earliest recorded history supplies proof that juggling was around during the early days of civilized Man. Juggling is primarily entertainment. It is most well documented in Medieval times in Europe. It remains popular today. It can be most frequently seen when the circus comes to town.

Some might suggest that office workers are juggles, as they multi- task and keep several "balls" (projects) going at the same time.

Celebrate Juggling Day by watching a juggler at work. Better still, get several balls and give juggling a try. 'Ya never know, you just might be a talented juggler!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Origin of "Jugglers Day":
According to Juggler James Reid: "World Juggling Day was originally established in the mid 1980's as "National Juggling Day" by the International Jugglers' Association(IJA)."

Do to the lack of documentation, we are uncertain why there is both an International Juggler's Day and a a World Juggler's Day.

yeah im a big lagunitas fan. if you like the IPA and the Maximus, youd def like the Hop Stoopid, Little Sumpin Sumpin, and Imperail RED. its b-a-n-a-n-a-s how good the RED is. also, lagunitas totally outdid themselves this year for the holiday ale. they usually realease Brown Suggah around christmas time but they couldnt this year so they made an IPA-ish brew instead. and im so glad they did it was one of the best IPAs ive ever had. its in the x-mas bottles but its totally not xmas brew. maybe theres still some around.

Happy National Garlic Day

When : Always April 19th

National Garlic Day promotes the many uses of Garlic. And, there certainly are many uses. It's a vegetable. Its' a herb. It is used in recipes around the world. Garlic has ben used medicinally for thousands of years. And, Garlic is believed to ward off evil spirits. About the only negative thing you can say about it, is that it can negatively affect an otherwise romantic evening.

As a medicinal herb:

Phytochemicals in garlic are believed to provide protection against heart disease and cancer. Specifically, stomach and colorectal cancers.
Helps to fight off colds and flu.
Lowers blood cholesterol levels.
Reduces the buildup of plaque in arteries.
Used as a treatment for acne and warts.
Used for toothaches

Celebrate National Garlic Day by using it heavily in your meals and snacks today. Spend some time researching its medical benefits. You might find you are adding more garlic to your menu everyday.

Did you know? We all have fears. As a matter of fact, there are so many phobias, that psychologists can hardly keep track of them all. Just so you are well informed, Alliumphobia is the fear of garlic
