You should move to a country that uses automobiles instead of horses.

Yeah, not too impressed with the postal services of these two first world countries. My last order from the U.S got misdirected twice by USPS and once by Canada Post. Took 3 weeks to get to me. Go figure..

vaping the Turkish net for the last few days. Once again, Rich and Adele have nailed it. Another pleasant, straight-up tobacco flavor. We like to refer to NETs as small font tobacco and large font tobacco on the NT thread. This Turkish tobacco is right in the middle. Not too dry either. It has durability and it can be vaped for longer stretches. I'm getting a hint of malt-like flavoring at the end which is pretty typical of a Turkish tobacco.

So two for two so far with QnJ's new flavor entries. The Fire-Cured and Turkish entries are fabulous. Cherry and vanilla next up. Names when I have tried them all. Some pretty neat names so far.

"Your Name Fire Cured" contest beta NET from www.quicknicjuice.com . Vaped in an A6 at 1.6 ohms on a KTS Storm mechanical, and IGO-L with ss mesh wick at various watts on a VAMO.

Sweetness: (1 equals little to no sweetness, 5 equals sickenly sweet) 2.5 Pleasant sweetness that seems to come more from the base than the tobacco. This isn't a complaint, the base seems signature to these 4 NETs, is more noticable in Fire Cured, and is a glorious, delicous signature. Reminds me a tad of MountainOakVapors, especially noticed in Pendragon which is one of my favorite NET. It's odd, though it seems seperate from the tobacco, it feels completely at home in this vape.

Tobacco Impact (1 being extremely mild and 5 being very aggressive and/or complex): 4 Fire cured tobaccos like Latakia and fire cured Virginias have an immediately recognizable taste in vapes. It produces a smokiness that makes a NET so damn authentic to not just the flavor, but the experience of smoking, that synthetic tobacco flavorings I've had just can't do. It's the first thing I noticed when vaping this, and though it may come as a shocker to those new to it, this is the one fire cured vape that may change peoples minds who are timid to aggressive tobaccos. It eases back into more of a medium range tobacco after several vapes. There is some slight leafy and earthy tones to compliment the smokiness, offering a complex and authentic tobacco experience.

Vapability (1 being best for short sessions on occasion, 5 being an anytime, anywhere vape) 5. Bronze said it well, it's amazing how much flavor is packed into these without being dry. It's impressive how this juice will give a slap in the vape at first, but never crosses into aggressive territory. I love vapes with Latakia and other fire cured tobaccos.. in short sessions. This I can vape indefinately. It's the signature sweetness, along with just the right level of smokiness and tobacco complexity. I've been mainly vaping this juice for a couple days, without craving another flavor. That happens to me almost never.

Flavor Accuracy: No rating since it's not being sold a specific kind of vape yet. Fire cured tobacco is used in pipe tobacco, chewing tobacco, snuff, and I think sometimes in cigs. It's light on sugar and high in nic. This vape is sweeter than one normally gets in a fire cured vape, could be sold as a pipe tobacco or just as a fire cured tobacco vape.

Overall: 5. Get's my highest rating with a bullet. My favorite of these contest vapes, my favorite fire cured vape, and one of my favorite vapes of all time. I hope I'm inspired with a name that wins me a 30ml bottle of this, but will order it no matter, probably a few times.

Another well-written review Jerms and I could not have said it better myself. Fire-Cured is an excellent vape. So simple, yet so satisfying. I'm looking forward to adding various flavor concentrates just to give this versatile tobacco some additional charm (not that it needs it). I can see where it would be pert near impossible to ever get tired of this one.

Thanks Bronze.

I have a short attention span with juices, but this one nails things on every level so it'll be in the rotation for a while. The other ones could maybe be tweaked, though I like the vanilla and Turkish as is, but my hope is the recipe on this one stays exactly the same when released for sale.

WHEEEEEE guess what just arrived at Rancho Scarf-Ace?

That's just wrong! How the heck do you get yours in Australia before I get mine in Canada?! Simply ridiculous..

That being said, I've just been informed of another USPS muck up. One of my vaper buddies from work was in Texas this week, so we placed a HHV order last week and had it shipped to the Hotel he was staying at. Here's what I got from him early this morning:

" USPS screwed up... They sent it to zip code 75605, which is north Longview, and I'm in the south part of Longview, which is zip code 75601.

The address that showed up when it was shipped said 75601, so it's a USPS screw up. Problem is, I don't think it's going to get here by the time I check out tomorrow... :S"

That's the third USPS muck up I've had in the last month!!

Been vaping on some Vanilla Tobacco today. Truthfully, I don't get any hint of vanilla. Tastes like straight up Fire-Cured. I wonder if this was a mistake bottle. Still lovin' it though. :)

I'm not a nilla lover (as a primary flavor) so I'm not busted up over it. I'll load up some Cherry tomorrow for my final sample.

The juices.. They have arrived! :D

Here are my initial impressions in the order that I tested them.

1) Your name Vanilla: Oh! .. not what I expected. Please let this be a Vanilla I like.

2) Your name Turkish: Hmm! Does not seem that strong. Good balance.

3) Your name Fire Cured: Ah ha! I know that flavour. The juice reminds me of something from another vendor that I've been using of late.

4) Your name Cherry: Yup! Definitely Cherry in there.

The wet fingertip that I tested these on agrees with my assessment.

I will vape/test them some more when I get home later tonight. :D

Remember Halloween when you were a child...

Don't vape it all at once or you'll get a stomach ache ;)

Or something much worse--from Halloween nowadays...

If you vape too much, your mother might take it all and donate it to the dentist to send to troops overseas!!

Your name Turkish: 70/30 with 12mg nic.

Steeping notes: Steeped for 3 weeks enroute to me. :)

Equipment: IGo-L with a mesh wick, at 1.5ohms running on a Provari set at 3.6v.

Notes: A very balanced vape. Tobacco, throat hit and flavour are all present in just the right proportions. There is a mild sweetness to the juice, when you taste it and on the inhale, yet there is hint of spice to the exhale. Tobacco represents itself well in the form of a slightly leafy taste that is felt throughout the vape. Excellent vapor production and throat hit. Does not disappoint, and would be welcomed into my juice rotation. 4 stars.

Your name Vanilla: 70/30 with 12mg nic.

Steeping notes: Steeped for 3 weeks enroute to me. :)

Equipment: Phoenix with a mesh wick, at 1.5ohms running on a Provari set at 3.6v.

Notes: Mild with sweeter undertones. The tobacco takes a back-seat in this one, and is primarily felt is the back of your throat on the inhale. Vanilla makes itself known, but is non intrusive. Overall not a bad vape but it's definitely for someone looking for a mild flavoured tobacco vape. While light on the flavour, this juice is not lacking in throat hit and vapor production. 3 stars.

No Name Vanilla tobacco 6mg 50/50 PG/VG (steeped three weeks)

An interesting take on vanilla. Other vanillas I've tried have ranged from a vanilla bean/Vanilla extract type flavor to a vanilla creme filled doughnut. This one is more like the vanilla in a vanilla wafer cookie to me. The tobacco in this one is definitely smaller font, but it's there, playing just behind the vanilla. It has a "desserty" type of sweet note the other two (the Fire Cured and Turkish) didn't have. A light, pleasant vape that won't wear your taste buds out.

In honor of 'Nilla Wafers: 'Nilla 'Bacco!
