I'm going to be doing a chargeback tomorrow morning. It's been over a month now since I've ordered. Not only will I be doing that but I will finding out the proper regulatory agencies and possibly the local police in their jurisdiction and letting them know about all this information and the numerous posts about what's been going on with them. With their failure to communicate given the situation, whatever that may be for months now, the numerous complaints they've had as well as charge backs, yet they have failed to do anything different, they OBVIOUSLY know they have a huge problem honoring the buyer/seller contract but continue on AS IF it's business as usual when it's so plainly NOT! They've given no updated information, aren't contacting people back, don't take refunds, etc. etc. I'm convinced they're a bunch of crooks!

I put them up there with those "free" trial e-cig people, the ones that bill you $99 for a crappy starter kit and enroll you in a monthly cart refill program you're locked into. The ONLY difference between the "free trial" people is, number ONE, they DID post the information about what they're about, albeit in fine print and in a way that it was difficult to regard. Number TWO, you DO get a product from them and quickly! LASTLY, I was able to get a hold of them and get my money refunded after I had very naively fell for the "free trial" gimmick when I first started with e-cigs! So you tell me, WHO'S the biggest crook? Sadly there's HOW maybe people still waiting on product from "Ms. T's" that they may even never get. Honestly, I wouldn't vape that crap if you paid me if and when I was to finally receive my order! I'll pour it out first!

While I've never dealt with Ms. T's and certainly never will now that I've seen this, I totally agree with everything you've said Feignix (great name btw!). I also "very naively fell for the "free trial" gimmick when I first started with e-cigs" with a company called Prado and it took me forever to get them to stop charging and sending me those crappy refills....no vapor and tasted terrible! I sucked those things until I was blue-in-the-face (literally) and had a headache trying to get a hit! They were deliberately very slow to respond to emails and phone calls so they could get a few more replacements auto-shipped and charged. When I finally DID get a reply, I was informed that the "restocking fee" was almost what I was charged (+shipping!). :facepalm: Then, I did a search and found hundreds of complaints and BBB reports on them! Wished I would've researched them BEFORE I ordered!! It turned me off of vaping for several years....thank God, not forever!
When I got started again, I placed a rather large order from eLiquid-USA because they had a MOD about $5-10 cheaper than elsewhere....again, I didn't do enough background checking on them and got burned! My package arrived missing items that I was charged for and were even shown on the packing list included in the box!! I spent the next couple of months email and calling them to no avail...totally ignored! I did get a CSR on the phone once and she (really uninterestedly) informed me that she'd "send that right out" but of course never did. Trying to save $5-10 ended up costing me 10X that much due to dealing with a vendor that I didn't check up on first here on ECF!! Sadly in this booming, fledgling industry ($200 million in sales in 2013!) that's growing exponentially...there's gonna be a ton of new and poorly run vendors looking to "Get Rich Quick" without much regard to their customers! Caveat emptor and long live ECF!!! Vape safely!!
