I'm going to be doing a chargeback tomorrow morning. It's been over a month now since I've ordered. Not only will I be doing that but I will finding out the proper regulatory agencies and possibly the local police in their jurisdiction and letting them know about all this information and the numerous posts about what's been going on with them. With their failure to communicate given the situation, whatever that may be for months now, the numerous complaints they've had as well as charge backs, yet they have failed to do anything different, they OBVIOUSLY know they have a huge problem honoring the buyer/seller contract but continue on AS IF it's business as usual when it's so plainly NOT! They've given no updated information, aren't contacting people back, don't take refunds, etc. etc. I'm convinced they're a bunch of crooks!
I put them up there with those "free" trial e-cig people, the ones that bill you $99 for a crappy starter kit and enroll you in a monthly cart refill program you're locked into. The ONLY difference between the "free trial" people is, number ONE, they DID post the information about what they're about, albeit in fine print and in a way that it was difficult to regard. Number TWO, you DO get a product from them and quickly! LASTLY, I was able to get a hold of them and get my money refunded after I had very naively fell for the "free trial" gimmick when I first started with e-cigs! So you tell me, WHO'S the biggest crook? Sadly there's HOW maybe people still waiting on product from "Ms. T's" that they may even never get. Honestly, I wouldn't vape that crap if you paid me if and when I was to finally receive my order! I'll pour it out first!
