Hey, I'm Grace. I'm new to this site & vaping in general. I got a pen about 2 weeks ago (nothing fancy but plan to upgrade). I feel like a changed woman Trying to quit the stinkies, vaping is helping tremendously! I hope to move to 0mg nic eventually.

Hi and Welcome! I thing lots of us started out with vape pen. There's nothing wrong with using them, especially if it already got you off cigs. But yeah, eventually you will want to move on to something else, and this place is a great source for information.

I hope to move to 0mg nic eventually.

Can easily be done. When you feel your ready, obtain some e liquids bottles with 0 nic that you now enjoy (with nic) and do not look at the nic content when you rejuice/fill up. After awhile you will have most bottles with zero nic and a few with low nic. Eventually all zero nic. Worked for me.
