My brother just texted me and asked for the e-cig website! This is really really good news for me... Reason being, my brother is 25 years old, has asthma, smokes menthol cigarettes, and has the lungs of a 60yr old... I know this because he recently took a physical for work and that's what he was told

So, I need to know the best one for the cheapest price... he's on a pretty tight budget so >.<

I can only recommend what I use, the joye or riva ego. I purchased mine at Liberty Flights. Looks like they're out of the Riva but they have the Joye for $39.99 which is what I got. It has a 6 month warranty on batteries.

The only one I've tried is my kr808 and I love it... is a 510 equivalent? I think he'd rather something that looks similar to an analog... he's pretty appearance conscious >.<

try the e-power from gotvapes.com for i believe 48$! just got mine in today and it works wonderfully! i would order some cartomizers to go with it, as cartridges are a little bit of a pain. 510 and KR808 are pretty similiar in size.
