Ummm... October 28th, 2014 at exactly 08:22 pm! Did that help? No...
Heh heh heh... no.
Everyone is different about this. Sure, on one end of things you have those people who
"...picked up a PV and never touched a cigarette again!!!" I wanted to reach out and hurt those people when I started. Went through two weeks of really bad, total brain fog, can't sleep, quit smoking withdrawal - same as any other time I tried to quit smoking. You probably know by now this isn't just about replacing nicotine with nicotine.
I was a 2 PAD day 30 year smoker so I get it. I'm not telling you to smoke one now, but it took me a full three months to lose a 30 year smoking habit. I had the morning fits too, and for some reason those last couple hours before bed were bad for me as well.
I had to become a dual user - as far as nicotine goes. Most of the day I was fine at 24 mg, but for the first couple hours in the morning I had to start the day at 30 mg. Same thing with that black hole before bed time. I used two difference nic levels like that for at least my first four months of vaping.
So it sounds like you need to tweak two possible things: Either your nic level is ok - but you simply aren't vaping enough. (A lot of people have to work at actually vaping enough on a consistent basis.) Or you need that higher nic level for a while when starting the day. Switch it up! Change your nic level as often as you need to during the course of a day. You have the flexibility here that you can fit to your needs - don't be afraid to embrace it.
Ultimately, over time the intensity of the cravings and their frequency will fritter out. But if you are still struggling then it's time to change something - either your general vaping habits or your nic level. Or both.
The only part of this situation I don't understand is what hardware you are using that doesn't allow the dog to do it's bidness and you to be out on the porch vaping at the same time. Waddup with dat?
