Oh Poop! Mini Reo kit challenge...

So, I posted yesterday that all was well in my Reo land with my new kit for my Mini. Assembly was easy ( thanks to a video on Reo site) and she worked flawlessly last night! This morning, I tipped the mod and the button fell out the top. That was an easy fix, I thought....I must have installed it upside down (hence why the button cover didn't fit...duh). So I moved pin over and slid in button. Noticed pin was sitting too low (could fire without touching button). I tightened metal tube that goes into atomizer but pin still sits too low and sits atop battery. Geez, I know this isn't rocket science. What am I doing wrong? I doubt that my spring "grew" over night

Did you make sure the lock pin slide above the slot in the body of the Reo?

Will check on that but it is not the button that is pushing the pin. The pin is hanging down further than usual, even though seems tight. I must have done something wrong when I took it apart.

The plastic delrin cover provides a pivot point for the firing pin, only real way to hang down is if it's bent or the delrin cover is messed up.
