My GLV died out on me a few minutes ago . I was kinda acting like a super HV mod today, like my old SB@ 6v, all nasty and burnt tasting, where normally it's smooth. Tried swapping attys, same thing, then tonight, hit the button and got nothing. I checked it with a fresh set of battteries and a DVOM meter, and all I got was 0.00. I almost cried, thank god my second GLV2 order should be here by Monday. I just hope Jay can fix this one for me. It's only a month old, barely an infant, it has a long life ahead of it

Mine sorta of did the same thing, they I realize that the posts on the adaptor had dropped down. I don't know if it was from screwing on atomizers/adaptors or what. Sent it back to Jay to fix the post. One day I'm vaping great, then the next day nothing. But Jay is taking care of it for me so I have no worries now.

Sounds like the resistor might be bad in it. Send it back for repair..
Sorry for your problems. I have had mine over a year with nothing happening to it, thank God.

Things happen, I'm not worried about it. Already been in touch with Jay, it'll be fixed without any problems I'm sure. These things are supposed to be tanks, I think I just got a bum resistor in it.

Would something like this work to keep the connection post centered? I think it would give it a nice finished look. I'm not an engineer, just an illustrator.:)

Where is the thread? Mine does the same thing. It works on some atomizers and not others.

I believe they are refering to a response I gave HERE for the device not working, but doesnt address the issue with "burnt taste", and I have know idea what Jay has in mind for it, nor the possible cause since I'd imagine if the resister puked the device simply would not work at all, so IDK.

Yeah, I realize now that people were talking about the post that contacts the atomizer not the post that contacts the battery.

Wow nice one. Lets see if I can make one and test it real quick. The problem will be fitting the resistor under that plastic washer...I may have to custom make a piece to fit.

I would tell you one thing that would look great inside the cap. It would really have that nice finished look for sure Synonymous. Good drawing to get to the point as well.
