on my second @ .52 ohms I noticed it would drop or go up by .01 every so often. No major spikes, the hugest would be .02. Is this normal or is there something I may have missed.
It does make a difference if you readings are fluctuating without being used, depending on what coil you have. Sometimes, the changes in resistance is cause by a bad coil connection or a loose contact between the atty and the device.
You will get a slightly lower ohm read the longer the coil in used. As the coil heats, the metal breaks down molecularly and resistance decreases. Chain vaping will also get a jump in the ohm reading and this happens for the exact same reason.
