I use a multimeter for all my builds. I'm thinking about getting an ohm meter for convenience, are there any pros or cons to each?

Other than lead resistance no real diff. Id actually prefer a fluke over anything
How much does lead resistance differ can't be much as long as they've even making multimeters I have a craftsman multimeter not the best but it always reads the same as my mvp2. After subtracting my .2 ohms

im not sure if there are multimeters that read 100th's!? 
but when you need to stick to say 0.18 and above my ohm meter is perfect as the multimeter only reads as low as 10th's --> 0.0.
but i cant get by without my multimeter, i've just broke mine and am waiting on replacement, so i can check VD, short's and battery power without having to put battery back into charger to check voltage

Are all the ohm meters you see on websites created equal or where do I get the best quality? I havnt really heard anyone mention brand names, I would like it to read voltage drop and check resistance
