    in a cave, eh?
Well, if you're vaping a Joye 510, the atomizers are about 2.3 ohms. And you wouldn't want to go any lower than that for fear of killing the battery. And of course, the higher ohms will kill your vapor. The Joye 510 only puts out 3.2 volts.

I've been playing around with a 801 atomizer and 510 adapter. The atomizer is rated at 3.5 ohms, but it seems to be working pretty good on a 510. The 801s work better at lower voltages. I know MadVapes sells a Bauway 801 cartomizer (and for that matter, a 510-801 connector adaptor) that gets good reviews. If you're playing around with different options, you might consider trying it. They do make your e-cig pretty long, though.

Slim ecigs use standard resistance which is about 2.5 to 3 ohms, maybe 2.3 on a slim 510 since it's voltage is low

If you want to use hotter stuff that is lower ohms than that then you need to but a fat battery model like Ego or Riva 510 etc or a mod. And some people won't go below 2 ohms except on a mod. Some will go to 1.7 on Ego type model. But below that you risk damaging the batteries.

I have the eGo passthrough and use smoktech 1.5 dual coil cartos, but a lot of people say I'm pushing it ;), so I'm going to go with 1.7 or 2.0. I like the dual coils, good vapor and Th, and I've been getting over 2 weeks on 1. And as for TH, a lot depends on what juice you use. Higher nic tends to have more TH, as does more PG, 80/20 PG/VG seems to be the fav around here, but some like to go 50/50. That is all a matter of personal preference, and it takes a while to get exactly what you prefer.
