I own both the coil master 521 mini tab and the Geekvape 521 tab.

Would anyone know as to which would be more accurate?

Geevape 521 reads@.27,.28,.29. Eventually settles @.28

Coil Master reads at .29-.30

Lmc Box mod reads .3

Cartel Revenant reads .27

$10 shop reader reads .31-.32

Openions or expierence with this?
Which would you trust?

The short answer is all of them. Your variance on the same test coil was within a range of something like +/- .01 to .02 ohms from the average. Contact resistance between the coil head and the meter can contribute to small variances.

Even a high quality digital meter can vary that much or more from contact resistance and oxidation at the socket plugs for the leads. At work I always used to wiggle the plugs on my Fluke with the leads shorted before taking a resistance reading. Plus or minus 5% is considered acceptable even on high quality resistors right out of the package.
