Ive been using a vamo and I've noticed the past couple of days that when I check the ohms on my carto that when I first start using thrm(when they are new) they start out at 2.2....and after about a solid day of using they go down anywhere from .2-.5 ohms and hover around 1.7-1.8 ohms for the duration of its life...it does the same with higher resistance cartos as well....I am running in short mode w/18350 battery.....when the batteries were stacked I didn't seem to notice much of a change in readings, and have yet to go back to stacked and check...

So do cartos have like a "break-in" time or is it because the batteries are getting weaker as they lose volts or what? The vamo is still performing perfect so I'm hoping that it isn't a bad Vamo or anything?

yes...there is a break in period and the resistance finally settles a bit lower than brand new....
i use a vamo, and my readings are spot on even when the battery is getting lower....View attachment 208346
im pretty sure your vamo is fine....try other brands, or clearos or something....a couple points over use just means its settling in
if the ohms are jumping its a contact problem but thats usually with genesis or rba's
