I’ve messed up my settings on the ohm boy rage.

I was wondering if there was anyone out there that could either tell me their settings or tell me defaults?

It’s getting super hot right now

Thanks!
hi,
What seems to be the problem?
Tell us what your current settings are please.
Which rda are you using?
What is the build in the rda? Coil material/Resistance/coil type/single or dual?

If it is too hot, turn down the wattage.

Cheers
I

But I wanna get a profile mesh coil rda tomorrow. What settings would be best for that?
I’m running the Profile on my Rage squonker currently and it’s at 1.9 ohms running in power mode at 60 watts. Once your setup I’d say start at 30 watts take a puff, if it’s too cool or your not getting enough vapor start increasing the wattage by 5 until you get the vape you want and then fine tune. Good luck, the Profile is an outstanding rda and the Rage is an excellent mod.

The Pulse X RDA is prone to heating up if chain vaped. So is the heat you are referring to coming from the RDA or the device?

The Profile RDA is a great match for the Rage. It comes with Kanthal mesh strips so cannot be used in Temp Control out of the box. Use the Profile within its recommended wattage range for this strip which is 40 to 60 watts. Going lower is safe but may result in loss of flavour or vapor production. Going higher you risk dry burns – you do not want to dry burn mesh!

I’m using a pulse x rda, .26 ohm, i think its a kenthal fralien pair... dual coil.

    Current settings:
70w or 300 degrees celsius in ss tc mode max power 80.0

    Hoping this makes sense
Kanthal cannot be used in TC mode. Wattage only.
