ohms and voltage meaters vs digital multimeter

I have a eleaf ohms and voltage tester but I also borrowed a digital multimeter GE2524 and i get different numbers on each now I know on the multimere your cross the negative and the positive and subtract that when your checking your ohms bit one reads .03 and the eleaf reads
Anywhere from .75 to .34 and I don't know witch one to follow

When you mesure your coil with the multimeter, how do you do it?

Is that one of those eleaf's that require you to screw an 808 to 510 adapter on it to test anything? (Well, anything 510. Dumb design.)

I have eleaf tester too, to make it accurate you have to adjust the 510 connector so that the connector is connected tightly but not too tight and make sure that the atty is connected tight but not too tight to the 510 connector

When I use the multimeter I do it under I put the negative no the thread and put the positive in the middle of the flat part ...and yes it is one o those that I have to screw in one of those connector

Leads are interchangable when using a multimeter to test ...doesn't matter which one goes where..just that one touches the threads and one the center post

I'd sooner trust the multimeter than that eleaf
