Hey folks.

I just figured out today how the whole ohms thing works - lower ohms = higher heating/more vapour. Which is good, but...of course one pay-off is that your battery wears quicker (not too worried about this at all)

And the other is that you go through juice faster. This seems like more of a deal to me personally.

Dont mind if its a little faster than my old stick model, but id hate to really chew through the stuff.

I am getting the fairly standard ego-T 900 batteries, and I wonder what kind of recommendations and feedback people can give me...

I am looking at a a few different types:

kanger horizontal coil cartos in 1.8-2.0 ohm or 2.7-3.1 ohm.
Kanger Bottom Coil Clearomizer in 2.2-2.4 or 2.8-3.0ohm.
Vision V3, in 1.8-2.0, 2.1-2.4 ohm or 2.5-2.9 ohm
Echo cartos in 2.4 to 2.7 ohm

Maybe something like 2-2.5 or something would be most ideal, as someone that wants more vapour than my old stick model, but not so much it burns through the juice?

Anyway, yeah what can people recommend, carto, clearo, ohms wise, that is a compromise between being somewhat economical on the juice, and producing a little more vapour?

Thanks!

Some of your different types will probably make more vapor than others - thus use more juice, power settings being equal. I don't have experience with many of the ones you mention, but I know from what I have used that this will happen. I agree with AttyPops, with your batteries, 2 ohms is probably a great place to start. I have only noticed a significant increase in juice usage when I upped my power to like 2 ohms at 5 volts or a bit more, so a lot more than what you will be able to achieve with your setup. My suggestion is try out your hardware combination with the juices you like and see how it goes. I think you will find yourself going through more juice, but not enough more to make it not worth it for the better vape experience.

Thx big.

It occurs to me the "other 1/2" of your question is ...."How do I save on juice?".
1) Shop around and check for deals from vendors you like to order from. Check the "steals and deals", use the coupon codes.
2) In the "old days" we used to order "double flavor" in a high nic...and cut it with PG/VG. You can buy that stuff by the quart to cut the juice. It's the nic that's expensive. Of course, cutting juice cuts the flavor and the nic so...that's why high nic and double flavor.
3) Now-a-days....DIY is popular. Easy to get juice costs down to less than 20 cents per ml. You don't get all the "recipes" and "gourmet flavors" without a lot of work. Depends on your preferences. Simple flavors are .....simple to mix up.
