Nature of the beast. Some cartos go up, some go down upon usage. The good thing is that you have a VV mod that can measure and be changed to whatever change the carto goes through.

I had this happen yesterday on a single coil yesterday. I was happily vaping away at 5v on a 2.8ohm carto and suddenly every hit was HOT. I measured the carto and it had dropped to 2.4ohms. Dropped voltage down to 4.6v and happily went my way. :)

Don't waste your time thinking about it.

Happy vaping!!

Find sweet spot, where your juice tastes best while producing the most vapor (for me it's between 8.5 - 9Watts) and then work out the math on what you need to set your Provari based on what your Atomizer/cartomizer measures. ;)

You can use this link to an online Ohms law calculator: Ohm's Law Calculator

Enter the Voltage and the Resistance, and it will give you the output Wattage. Get as close to your sweet spot, set the Provari, and off you go.

Aren't you glad you've got that Provari? I only buy 3.0 ohm cartos. The other week, I switched out the carto in my tank, and my Provari was giving me an error message. I'm thinking WTH? So I checked the AO's and it was reading at 1.5 ohm! One must have rolled from one bin to the other at the manufacter. Lowered my volts and kept on vapin! lol!
