Ohms for cartomizers?

I'm still trying to understand ohms -

I saw that cartomizers come in different ohms from 1.5 to 3 ohms it seems.

I emailed the company where I was going to buy online to ask them what to use with my 510 (innokin AIO 510-T) )and they told me to use 1.5 to 2 ohms cartomizers.

But then I found this online :

What are low resistance Atomizers and Cartomizers? | eCigology

This clearly says with a 510 (which I have) I should not use low resistance (which I think is under 2 ohms?)

What is best for what I have?

And if I stick with an atomizer, should it be the same ohms as a cartomizer I assume?

I agree with all the above posts, you should be able to use 510 low resistance on a battery that's 3.7 volts it works for me. I've preferred using low res carts at 2.0 ohms because it gives off a warmer vape. Boge brand has been my favorite. Same goes for an atomizer I use the low res ones, but really its all about what you prefer. Try getting a box of low and standard resistance and see what you like best. :)

If you google images "voltage chart vape" there's some charts that i found useful.
Here's one.

If you have a variable voltage battery, it shouldn't make much of a difference. Higher Ohms uses less battery life. Lower ohms, some think provides a better vape. Coil temperature is a measure of the power/heat to the coil, so the only time this is going to make a big difference if you have a fixed battery, like an ego-T. In that case, use a low resistance carto at 2.0 ohms for a good vape. I use the 2.0 ohm carto and still use a variable wattage device at 3.8 to 4.0 volts (7.2 - 8.0 watts).

The Innokin AIO 510-T is what we call a cigalike, or cigarette-sized battery.

You could use a low-ohm or low resistance (1.5 - 1.9 ohm) cartridge/cartomizer on this battery for a "warmer" vape. However, these small sized batteries will not last as long using this resistance as low ohms pull more amperage from the battery resulting in even shorter battery time between charges than they already have.

Standard resistance (2.0 - 2.4 ohm) cartidges/cartomizers will give you slightly longer battery time than a 1.5 ohm will and provide a slightly cooler vape.

Try some in both resistance and see which you prefer.

Listen to this advice too! It's very good!
