I've build a set of coils for my arrow rdta 24g kanthal a1 dual coils 3.5 mm and 9 wraps came out on ohm reader at 0.65ohm read at 0.66ohm on mod so I vaped the tank then refilled it the other day and the mod was reading 0.84 ohm and last night I refilled it again put it back on and it read 1.18 ohm so I put the tank on ohm reader an read 1.17ohm today took a drag then looked at display and its reading 1.24 ohms I don't get it is it normal I've seen small variations before but not that much can someone explain???

At first I'd try to tighten the screws for the coils some more. If they are too loose, resistance may be jumping around like crazy.
If that doesn't help look if the positive pin is tight and or long enough to make a good connection to the mod.
