About two weeks ago, I put a coil build on my TFV8 rba-24g Kanthal, 7 wrap, 3 mm ID, .41 ohm (on both my ohm reader and the mod). About four days ago, it started reading .31 ohm on the mod, so I took the tank off, put it back on, number still read .31 ohm. So today I put it on the ohm reader, and it's also reading it at .31 ohm, so that eliminates a problem with the chip. Is this common? Is it a problem? Can I keep using this build, or should I put a new build on it? And what causes this to happen?

Yeah, it's dual coil. And yeah, I retightened the connections after pulse firing. It's odd that I got a .41 ohm reading at first (I used steam engine before building, because I was going for a .3 ohm build).
Loose connections often read high.......

I'm going to take the tank apart and clean it tonight, so I'll take a look at it. But it's going up for now anyway, my new Troll RTA should be here by tomorrow, and it's going on top of the GX350 that the TFV8 is on now.

Look at every threaded connection. I just lowered a reading on an Aqua 2 tank from .37 to .34 by unscrewing it from the tank, then unscrewing the bottom from the base. Felt rough, so I threaded it on and off 3-4 times until it was smoother. Every one of those threaded connections in the circuit can affect resistance and can change as you fiddle with the mod/tank if they're not clean and tight. Really not a huge deal if you're not using TC, though.
