What mod are you using? Most with regulation circuits don't care for anything below 1 ohm, many nothing below 1.5 ohms. Also what is the voltage set at? Try setting it at the lowest voltage and seeing if you are maxing out the amperage of the mod.
But most likely, yes, .7 is going to be too low for most non-mechanical mods.

What mod are you using? If it is a regulated mod, like a ProVari, LavaTube, Vamo, etc, you will need to make your coils over about 1.4 ohms or the mod will not fire.

You can make higher ohm coils by using higher gauge resistance wire or using more wraps (turns) for the coil. What gauge wire do you have?

You need to build another coil with more wraps on the coil to raise the resistance.

Your question leads me to believe you haven't done much if any research or self-education regarding RBA's, how to build a coil at the resistance your mod can use, learned the relationship of ohms and voltage, learned about mod and battery safety, etc, etc.

Ignorance will get you in trouble real fast using an improper build on an RBA with inappropriate resistance for the mod you are using. If you are going to be a smart and safe vapor, you'll educate yourself.

I've collected a lot of information for new users of RBA's. You can find it in this link Advice and Tips for Vapors Looking to Try Their First RBA - http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/baditude/4454-7-advice-tips-vapors-looking-try-their-first-rba.html

I strongly suggest that you not attempt sub ohm coils until you have had success with normal resistance coils. Check your coils resistance before firing your battery, and test the resistance on a daily basis to ensure no shorts or loose wires have occured since your last time using the device.
