Once again no. DC cartos will limit the LT's to 3.7v. If you want to run a tank mod, even a large one, get a S.C. XL Carto, like the XL Boges. You may have to "punch" or "drill" them yourself or you can find XL SC cartos pre punched that will work with the tanks. Hope this helped!

I don't think it's 3.7v it depends on the ohm of the dual coil..the LT limits the output to around 2.5 amps draw..which is low at 3-4v range but if you were using it at 6v and drawing over 2.5 amps that put's a lot bigger amp drain on the battery.

I think they easily could be safe with a 3.5a output limit but I'm not sure they could ever get up to 4a in a single battery boosted device that goes to 6v..if my thinking is right a 3.5a output draw set to 6v would put a 7a+ draw on a almost depleted battery.

So over that would be getting to close to the limit of IMR's..from what I've read AW's have a 10a limit..at least until they come out with a higher amp rated battery..but even then you have to worry about users putting a lower amp unprotected battery in it.

ok so i got mine today, and the difference in taste alone is night and day, although, i cant seem to get any good taste out of this thing, so far ive tried 3.0 DCT on just about every voltage and 1.5 DCT on just about every voltage. will a SC make that much of a difference?

i tried the included atomizer but all it did was leak so i think i dripped into it wrong... HALP! lol

Yes because dual coils reach the amp limit easier..they need more amps/volts to produce the same wattage as a single coil. I've compared 1.5ohm dual coils to a 2.5ohm single side by side with the same flavor in both on an eGo designed for dual coils and I couldn't notice a difference in flavor or vapor production. I think dual coils are more hype than anything and you need more volts/amps to drive them because the 2 coils are wired in parallel they half the ohms.

after some fiddling last night and some dripping on the atomizer, i decided to give the DCT 3.0 ohm ones another go, I seem to have found a sweet spot at 4.3v, im assuming that the overall performance will drastically improve with the SC Cartomizers im getting, but for now, this is working for me, minus the occasional misfire
