Could be. Have you tried a different battery with the first atty and a different atty with the first battery?
...Now take a paperclip or tweezer and shimmy the center post on atty up a bit so its slightly above the outer rim of atty. BAM! It will vape - and if it doesnt...dead

either stick paper clip in center hole and pul up evenly a bit (gently) or use tweezer under lip of center post , work one side up a lil then the other....lemme know if it works

It depends on what batt I use but due to a loose center post on some attys, I sometimes have to readjust every now and then, esp when I use said atty on some other batt then switch back to one that needed atty adjustment to begin woth...hope this works..if it doesnt its prob dead but only way to tell for sure is to use a meter.
yeah, sometimes it gets heated/juice leaks and loosens that center post a bit. That gasket keeps the post from touching outer rim, center post is pos and oputer rim is neg. if the gasket wasnt there it would cause a short if they touched together.
Prob dead, may want to try cleaning it to be sure, run some hot water thru it, let it soak for a few, blow it out (both ends) and try again in the morning...hope it works.cleaninng helos if stuck on juice clogs it making the clog too thick for juice to vaporize thru...that may be the prob so try that and if still dead i morning, its a gonner

One way to tell if the cleaning is worth the trouble is to check it with a meter if you have one.
The things I would do:
Order new attys now.
After that clean it anyway cause you are down to one.
