How about if it was universal so it could be fit onto any mod. I could have a cradle type holder with rubber straps that go around the device and hook back to itself. It would kind of be like a back pack or phany pack idea. It would have like a half cylinder so you could put the juice bottle in it and that would have a strap to hold it in as well. I think it would work really well.

Well see that`s the part where the velcro comes in. Universal is the main reason for it. Two small slits cut towards the top of the tube and two small slits towards the bottom with velcro strip ran into and through them so you then can strap the velcro around a Chuck or whatever other device you have. Or I`m liking the strong magnets idea myself the more I think of it.

The velcro would work for sure but the magnets need a good testing run on that idea.

See that attachment in these pictures was actually one of the two things that in fact wasn`t really there in my picture but done in Paint feature. And the bottle wasn`t cut out of the tube area yet for squeezing it.

I am going to turn my Tundra mod into the real deal today or very soon. All I need is to snag a brass fitting for the cart off my sister. :p
And some velcro stuff. But I do have the powerful magnets already for giving that a try.

Believe it or not, I tried melting a bottle! The results were not good! Have you tried it? Maybe I did something wrong? Great idea...

The trick would be to not heat it too much. Best way would be to get water to an almost boiling point (200F), fill the bottle with it, dump the water out, and you will have ~10 seconds to mold it. Should be able to, since you can keep refilling it and trying again til you get it right. Worth a shot, right?

So far, this is working pretty darn good! I took a small tire tube and cut it short enough to cover the bottle. Then I cut a hole for the switch and another to see the level of juice. I used a few cut pieces of a furniture pad to wedge it into place, because it kept trying to turn. Not to awful intrusive either! It's working GREAT! Oh ya, it will work with mt SB also, making another although it could be interchangeable but why bother changing it out, the tire tube would do about 50 of these! LOL

What cha think??

Good point Chev...I think between the metal holder and the rubber straps, we could be onto something. Now, Conman, where did you get the casing for the bottle again?
Chev- any idea what type of rubber straps we could use?

sort of watching this thread...how about heat shrink tubing?
