Ok,

I am totally NEW to this...
I am collecting a FEW different types of mods.. Though, my problem is that
I don't know anything about what I am doing... :D

Now I am looking into the ProVari 2.5 and the ProVari Classic...

and, I just bought a
Kangxin Mini VF 50W mod KX....
in a week or 2, I will also be buying the :
Original Cloupor Mini Plus 50W TC Box mod

How do I know what batteries and atomizers and other items I will need?

I am totally clueless on all of this.

Can I buy batteries that will work for the Kangxin, Cloupor and the Provari?
What kind of batteries will I need?

what charger would I need for these batteries?

What kind of atomizer can I use? will it fit all of these models?

What other things will I need to make these workable?

I am trying to buy models that have more individual pieces, if that makes sense...
I want to be able to replace individual parts.. and the eGo that I have now, is just not workable in
that fashion.

The EU is enacting a bunch of laws... so, I am trying to collect as many models as I can,
while I still can.

can any of you help me with this? any help would be much appreciated. :)

What kind of batteries will I need?

All but the Provari use a flattop 18650 battery. The older Provaris required a button topped battery.
The Samsung 26R should work well.

what charger would I need for these batteries?

I personally use a Nitecore i4 that has worked well.

What kind of atomizer can I use? will it fit all of these models?

Pretty much all tanks now use a 510 connector which the mods you've mentioned use

What other things will I need to make these workable?

Some good juice might be nice.:)

So, here is what part of my problem is...

what kind of atomizers, tanks ... coils...
etc.. etc.. that I will need with my new Kangxin Mini VF 50W Mod KX and my new Cloupor Mini 30W VW VV Box Mod..

I am totally new to this... and have no idea what items I need to buy that will work with
my new Mini Box Mods.
I am totally flying blind here.
I am clueless when it comes to the different Clearomizers.. Glassomizers and what ohms would be best...
Do I need sub ohm... or 1.8 ohm?

Should I buy an Aspire Naulilus ?? or a Kangar Pro-Tank 3?

There are just so many to choose from, I am totally confused.

I look at threads like :

https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/threads/copd-and-sub-ohm.710206/

and:

https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/f...t-and-its-a-new-coil-can-someone-help.710136/

and now, I am even MORE confused..
See, I don't have a Vape Shop near me.... I have to order everything from OVERSEAS...
So, I want to make the least amount of mistakes as possible. Yes, I know that is a tall order. :D

I just want to be able to get as much info on the different set ups, so I can have a successful
vaping experience.

It's a little bit hard to answer regarding tanks without knowing how you like to vape. What setup are you currently using? Are you a mouth to lung vaper, or do you prefer lung hits? Are you interested in rebuildables, or would you prefer a clearomizer you can just order coils for?

As far as batteries go, Samsung 25Rs are great batteries that would work well with all the mods you mentioned with the exception of the Provari. They require button tops. But I do believe they sell batteries on their site that work well with their mods.

try the nautilus not the protank3;
or try the subtank mini;

order from fasttech; use the $1 swisspost option for better tracking

or if you have 2 Mercedes benz in your garage head over to svoemesto

Hello my dear (I'm an old cranky man so I can call you dear) First, try and slow down if you can. There is much to learn but the information contained right here on ECF will guide you well. I will refrain from advising you on mods except to say when I first started, I knew I needed a good amount of nicotine as I had smoked for nearly 60 years. And, I needed something that had all the components included so my learning curve would not be too steep. So, I ended up with what is known as a "kit mod". It was an MVP 2. The battery was built in. It came with a charger and an atomizer with a couple of extra coils. Fact is, I still have it and every once in a while fire it up as it's always worked well. As I got a little experience, I added a new atomizer that had an adjustable airflow....but........this isn't helping you. And now I have devices coming out of my ears.

Keep asking questions as there are no dumb ones...well...maybe a couple or so. The experienced members you'll find here are helpful and friendy...me...not so much as I am very cranky.

Good luck to you my dear and keep me posted on your journey! Oh and by the way...I find myself confused all the time....

You may call me dear... I'm not one of those feminists. :D

I know what you mean about the learning curve.
as of now, I have an eGo A1...
I like it OK... but... I find that it is not consistent in how it tastes or vapes...
My e-juice tastes different every time I take a drag... So, I figured I needed a higher
quality type model..
also, I live in Liberal Land, Europe.. and they are fixin to make a bunch of stupid laws
on what we can buy... so, I am trying to buy ones that have individual pieces,
so it my battery dies, I can just replace the battery.

I now live in the EU, so I am trying to buy Mods that have seperate pieces... they are enacting laws
that will limit what we can buy.. so, I am trying to prepare ahead of time.

I don't like a strong throat hit.. I pretty much like a smooth taste with a lot of flavor,
if that makes sense... and also, a bit of vapor... not a huge cloud.

Okay, a couple of tanks that meet those criteria are the GS Air M and the Nautilus. There is also the Kanger Aerotank. I prefer the GS Air. It's much cheaper - under $10 - and you can get a pack of coils for under $10 as well. Plus it gives great flavor and I've never had any kind of problem with it. You can get it at Sweet Vapes here in the US. I'm really not familiar with European suppliers, though, so am not sure what is easily found there.

I share your concern about the government jumping in and taking away what works so well. Here in the US, we're about to see what the FDA is going to do to us. So stocking up as much as you can is definitely a good idea.

Hi,

Almost every 510 connected tank on the market will work. The only thing that isn't universal is an ego connector.

You NEED to get a good rebuildable atomizer. Then you will always be able to make your own coils now and in the future. If coil replacements aren't available, the replaceable coil atty wouldnt be ideal. They are much harder to rebuild yourself.

If your buying from reputable vape stores most times they only offer safe batteries just do not get a 'protected' battery or icr. 10 amp plus rated.

Sweden.. I'm so jealous...

Okay then...I am pretty sure the help you need is here at your finger tips. I recently got a Reo's Grand. It's a very simple device that is in the bottom feeder family. You can learn about them right here at EFC. https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/forums/reos-mods.623/ But again,, there is another learning curve.

Still, living in a place that is starting to shut you out of vaping might set you searching the world of DIY for your juices and learning about rebuilding your own coils. The Reo I have takes one 18650 battery and has become my all day mod.

Thank you all so much.. You have no idea how much I appreciate your help. :)

I went to Sweetvapes and they have the GS Air M... and the Aspire Nautilus Mini BVC ..
I don't mind the smaller tank, as I really don't end up vaping that much liquid each day.
that, and I will have many different mods, so I will not be running out of room for liquid. :D

Which one would you buy?

are these both the same?

which one is better quality?

Of the two choices I would go for the Aspire Nautilus Mini. I've had 4 of them at one time and it gives a great vape. For mouth to lung and not wanting huge clouds it's about as good as it gets. I vaped the 1.6 and 1.8 ohm coils in the 12 to 15 watt range. I have no experience with the temp control coils for the Nautilus but I know the regular BVC coils work great in wattage/power mode.

and thank you for the info on the Reo Grand. I will look into it for sure.

Exactly... I will be going into the DIY hard.
Before the end of the year, I am planning on buying at least one liter of 100mg Nic base.
I want to make sure I have that on hand, just want to be prepared as much as I possibly can.
also, want to make sure I get the flavors I like most, Chocolate, Coffee, and a few others...
Funny side note.. I thought I would only like chocolate and coffee like flavors,
But, they end up tasting the same, so I just ordered Mr. Cookie and
from Zuse, I ordered Blueberry Muffin. Hopefully, those will give me a different flavor
so all my vapes don't taste the same. :)

The new laws in the EU will be taking effect in 2016... so, I have very little time ..
Thankfully, Sweden is not really tight as far as customs... My items are never checked by Customs,
so hopefully it should not be TOO hard for me to import the things I will need.

Yeah, I don't mind larger clouds.... it is just not that important to me..
I am more concerned with taste and getting a consistent flavor from
my vaping.

also, what percentage of vg to pg should I use if I want more flavor and not a harsh
throat hit?
I would start off with a 50/50 mix. Which means you'll probably use 30% pg and 70% vg + 20% (average) flavorings, which are usually in a pg base = 50/50 final mix. PG carries the flavor better than vg and will give more throat hit. VG is the vapor producer and is a little sweeter.
