If the FDA is confiscating shipments of e-cigs form Japan, where are vendors getting them to sell??

yeah I think they are focusing on the e-juice and the liquid nicotine carts. Thats why we carry the USA made.
what happened to the court ruling that they cant confiscate shipments into the us anymore?
Seperating e-Juice and hardware into different orders is a good call. Or just buying juice from companies Inside the USA is the best.
The FDA doesn't have much grounds to seize cartos or batteries. But they do have the ability to seize items that are directly ingested into the body.
I only buy hardware from China,,,no juice...but, that is me...Can't see paying the $17.00 shipping charge for juice,,,,but it is definately worth it when buying 20 LR attys at $3.00 a piece....no problem with my attys being delivered...
When I ordered my 3 100ml bottles, the shipping actually did not change, the shipping for the liquid was in that sense free.

Even in the unlikely event that I order liquid only and pay $17shipping for the 3 bottles, that still means about $13.50 per 100ml bottle...not bad, and it's usually better than this.

I ordered peg, and I really like their winston and m bclassic, I also tried their vg ry4 and the vapor is off the scale. I want to try their pg now though, with the new ce2 cartos performing like a dream, I have a feeling that pg will work very good, and I can always add a little vg if even necessary. I thing pg will taste better and stronger.

Once it leaves China, I have had orders leave China on a Saturday, and arrive to me on Wednesday. We're not even talking about priority here, this is international express mail.

I had the CE2 cartomizer page on that site bookmarked lol and I've been following that thread watching the beta testing so to speak.
I see the CE2 page now shows Edition 2 R3 with ceramic inside guess I'll givem a try.
I was planning on buying the 1070ml of unflavored juice,spent a week or so sniffing around various sites to see if I should be worried about customs.
seems they aint interested in end users.

I dont understand either. Customs are stopping shipments even though all things ecig is legal so why the confiscations? I realize that where is a legal battle over it but its not illegal until its illegal.

Customs don't have the time to be nitpicking at you guys small boxes, if it blatantly has e-cigs and nicotine juice on the box contents then yeah your boxes probably won't make it to you, but the suppliers ordering hundreds / thousands of things at once that's who they're interested in seizing shipments from (because they know it will really hurt the company financially, and some people have had to shut up shop because of large seized shipments).

LOL! Seriously? They can simply stop all other shipments besides se and njoy just cause they feel like it?
I still dont get it, I know fraud money and lies rules the world but what is their "official story", (ya know the on paper version of the story seperate from reality) behind these seizers? If its not technically legal to ship supplies from overseas then why arent us vendors getting put in jail cause they sold chinese juice?

Customs can basically stop whatever they want, at least long enough to look it over and decide if they are going to let it go or keep it. Yes there are only certain things they are SUPPOSED to stop but, who's to say all agents are honest? Maybe some of them vape and just want free stuff, so they take yours.
Actually there is a lot of misinformation, like I said, customs checks my 100ml personal use bottles and releases them so far within 24 hours.
I actually do NOT recommend that you state false things about the contents, my invoices always clearly state what is in them, and I have no problems. They normally DO go through customs and that is good, I want them to know that I'm NOT shipping illegal drugs or things.

I order quite a bit of juice from China, and have had no problems with customs. Maybe I'm just lucky. I do worry though about what the Chinese suppliers are claiming on their customs forms - usually "aromatherapy." But I guess that is really their problem, not mine, if they are caught mis-labeling their products on the customs forms....
