I'm in the same boat. Started with KR808's a month ago, but I really prefer my 5v PT. Unfortunately I can't take it every where, so I'm after a really good 5v mod.

Ditto. I could not be happier with my eGo. Sure it has some limitations, but what don't. With a little care and feeding it is perfect for my needs and habits.
vaping is still much cheaper than analog.
I must give my 2 cents worth now. I love love love my ego because I don't have to recharge batteries every few hours. That is important to me. I use a variety of atomizers, LR and regular, cartomizers have their place too. I think I will try a 306 attie w/drip tip next. I juggle 2-650mah Ego batteries and a 900mah Ego battery and I have had what I needed, so far. I am getting curious about 5 or 6 volts though.
