Ok..I HAVE to speak up here.

I don't care what ANYone says V4L has the BEST customer service I have ever encountered.

I made a BIG purchase last week due to the fact I needed to stock up before going on the road for a few months.
Anyway, there was a mix up...I will not bore you with the details of the mix up other than to say I could see how it would happen.

I contacted Val, told her about it and she was MORE than willing to have Mark ship the correct items to me ASAP... OR since I was heading up kinda close to her area...she also offered to have Mark ship the items to her and her personally drive them to me!!! Now if that is not service I do not know what is!

As it turned out, I live in WI and had to drive almost right by there on my way up to VT, so I swung by and made the exchange myself and got to meet the V4L Gang!

Mark waited for me in the parking lot to make sure I found the place, he invited me in and introduced me to the hard working crew inside.
That place is BUSY!!!
So many people working so hard!!

Thank you V4L!!!!!!

P.S. Yep I felt just like a kid in a candy store

I've placed several small orders from v4l for cartos and liquid. Today I placed my first large order. I was ordering some stuff for myself & husband and quite a bit for my mother (her first PV-Yay!). In a moment of total brain stop, I forgot to add in a XL carrying case. I called Mark and he fixed *MY MISTAKE* without hesitation. I could have just ordered it in another order and he could have instructed me to do so BUT because he added to the order I got the 15% discount on that item too and didn't have to pay additional shipping. I can't ask for more....

yeh they are an amazing bunch of people thats for sure.
Thats why i just dont understand the way some people get so ...... if something is screwed up a bit. I mean hello not allowed to make a mistake..geez. and if they do make a mistake (and everybody does even the complainers) the V4Life team always makes it better than right. Im cooling it lately with my ordering like yesterday just had a real small order for 2 pks carto premiums but just want to commend V4L on being a fantastic supplier and overal a good bunch of people. Thanks
