So far I have been getting all my juice @ V4L. I ordered PG only juice. I write an email asking for a list of all ingrediants. I get a email back stating VG, PG, nic and flavor. I ask ..."Are you saying there is VG in my PG juice and if so how much?" V4l responds again saying yes there is a little in our PG and that she didnt know how much... um okkkkkkkk ??? I just want to know what exactly im on as it is working for me and now I just place a huge order with vapor bomb (100% PG) and was under the impression I was using 100% PG (cuz that was the option I selected when I ordered---which is not really real). UGH frustrated!

thoughts??:(

That's a drag and I'm so sorry knowing the issues you're having with the VG. If it's not resolved to your satisfaction you could always post here:
Reviews of Suppliers - Negative
I don't know what's going on but the service lately from many vendors has gone down drastically. At this point I'm very glad I DIY- cheap and I'm completely in control.
Good Luck to you, Vapoor

]It's prob 90/10. When you get your juice add a ml or two of vg and it will be back to what you were at. I do all the time.

Okay so someone else wrote back and they told me that the reg juice is 90/10 and their wow juice is 80/20. I'm glad I know now because im doing good with both of those....my problem is id love to add VG but um I wouldnt know how to even begin. Where do you buy VG? What do you use to measure? I bought 5ml bottles...Id love help with this so it all doesnt go to waste...

God I'm such a beginner ...pffff

Local rite aid or cvs, glycerin usp skin protectant, a short, clear, 6 ounce bottle near the bandaids, costs $4 - $6. Ingredients listed will only be glycerin 99.5%.

Ask nicely at the pharmacy desk for a small oral syringe, they will probably give you one, else ask where they are located.

Add about 0.5ml of vg to the 5ml bottle of eliquid and shake it.

Oral syringe has no needle, it is used to give medicine to babies.

I'm disapointed, when we order something it should be as it states it is ... 100% not 90/10. If its 90/10 it should say so! If u purchased 100%vg, because u were allergic to pg it wouldn't be fair to later find out there is 10% pg in there! Buyer beware, glad u found out u can fix the issue with ur order. Some vendors like halo don't disclose their ratio but that is fine because u know up front there is a bit of both!

As unregulated as eliquids are by the fda, u would think u would want to disclose everything. Just my pt of view. False advertising!

Oh, and i think it is wrong for vendors to say something is 100% when it is not!

Get your facts straight. I don't know where the OP got the idea in the first place that V4L's Premium Nobacco juice is "100% PG", because in fact V4L does not disclose the PG/VG ratios in any of its juice lines (save the 100% VG line). They always respond to such inquiries by stating that the specific ratios are proprietary (and may vary from flavor to flavor); however the WOW line is known to have more VG than the Premium, and the new USA line is assumed by regular users to have a higher VG level than even the WOW line, just based on liquid thickness and performance. (Notice I say assumed).

There is NO false advertising going on here, just the usual internet/noob misinformation and/or misunderstanding.

Yes yes yes...I agree with you 100%~not 90% haha! Seriously though, I am only asking to be informed. I am very new to this and I can see I will make many mistakes. Thats why its really important that I know what is what upfront. I do love v4l but I was blown away when she said, "well there is some VG in our PG but I dont really know how much". hahaha ok i said, "Can you ask someone who does know?" WOW!

I got the idea that V4L's Premium Nobacco juice is 100% PG because for one...im new to vaping (yes) and for two when your ordering you select either PG or VG when placing your order. False advertising? idk Misleading?? YES especially for someone new to vaping. I think the thing that upset me the most is that when I did inquire, they told me they really didnt know the ratio. I just searched for answers so I can continue on my path.

Interesting. In my 11 months of ordering juice from V4L, I have never had the website ask me to "select" either PG or VG. The juice just is what it is. Are you sure you're not confusing this with another vendor? Or perhaps you've been going to a supplier affiliate's website (they exist, and some are rather shady IMO).

Try this site: V4L.com

I hope you're able to get what you need, wherever you shop. I too am sensitive to VG, although it doesn't seem to bother me at <35%.

I wouldn't buy from any place that doesn't reveal the exact ratios available right on the website. There are only a handful that refuse to tell and I for one think its ridiculous.

As someone who is sensitive to VG, and lucky enough to win a big V4L contest, I am recently familar with the ordering process there. I checked carefully to make sure the juice wouldn't have more vg than I can stand. V4L doesn't give you an option for 100% pg at ANY point. Your choose Nobacco, Premium or Wow (or 100% vg) juice based on that is how you get the pg/vg %. I think the OP is mistaken, they do NOT claim anywhere that I can find that any of their juice is 100% pg.

Not surprising. They don't give the ohms for their cartos or voltage/ mahs for their batteries. I only visited there once when I started and it was like going to a mall kiosk.

I like buying as an informed consumer and they seem to want to herd sheep. Hey look at our pretty colored batteries!
From the V4L website: The resistance for the WOW Vapor cartomizers is approximately 2.5 Ohms. The Premium CoolCarts have a resistance of approximately 3.4 Ohms. You can find it here: Wow Vapor Cartomizers vs CoolCart Cartomizers - V4L

Yep. A lot of techno info is found on the site in the FAQ section. Some find the "cleanliness" of the home page a pleasant relief, other complain because the possible wall of information isn't immediately available (i.e., you have to scroll down and click on "FAQ"). It's a trade-off. V4L strives to be especially friendly to new vapors, who don't even know all the things they don't even know yet (voltage and ohms and mah, oh my!), and I suspect that's why their website is set up the way it is.

For many it works, for others, not so much. The best source of techno-info on V4L products (in more detail than most mere mortals can stand) is to be found on their ECF subforum, and especially in the posts and ECF blogs of one Morandir Esq. :)
