I run it through the ejuice calc and it says to add
9ml of 60mg nic
12ml of pg
6ml of vg
1.5ml of Strwbry
1.5ml of cheesecake

And this will give me 30ml 50/50 18mg strwbry cheesecake.

Does this seem correct to you? 9ml of nicotine seems like alot, kinna worries me. I dont wanna take a toot and die lol

Final nic concentration = total nic/total ml.

total nic = 9 ml x 60mg/ml = 540 mg
total ml = 9 + 12 + 6 + 1.5 + 1.5 = 30 ml

Final concentration = 540 mg/30 ml = 18 mg/ml

It's good

(I always sanity check, do the nic part first, then put that away. Desired_mg/ml x Desired_ml / Nic_base_strength = how_many_ml_of_nic_base)

If you use higher strength nic base, you'll use fewer ml of it. If you use lower strength nic base, you'll use more ml of it.

Lets see...

18/60 = .3 and .3 x 100 = 30%

To make 18mg out of 60mg you need to use 30% of 60mg. 30% of 30ml = 9ml

So yes, your Recipe of 9ml of 60mg Nicotine Base and 21ml of PG,VG and Flavorings is sounds Correct.

10% doesn't seem too Bad.

What caught my eye though was No Sweetener? But that can be added Later to Taste.

I ended up making a 10ml batch with 10% flavor which was 1ml, so the above doesnt seem to high for a 30ml bottle. Its still 10%. I enjoy flavor and was under the assumption that 10-20% would be a decent flavor. Also I am using lorann which I heard the flavors can be kind of weak.

10~20% for Lorann Flavors sounds about right.

Just curious. Do you add Any Sweetener or is it Good to Go for you as is?

Well I made two sample batches before I received my nicotine. I made one strawberry 50/50 10% flavor and one strwbry cheesecake 50/50 20% flavor. As soon as I mixed it up, I threw it in my stardust clearomizer thingy and there was absolutly no flavor at all. I learned on here to let it steep. After a day or two the flavor was INTENSE.

So, I see no need for me to add any sweetener. Not yet anyways. I am new to all of this, so mabye in the future I might dabble with sweeteners and mixing multiple flavors.

I say go with what works.

I like Everything Strong and Sweet so I'm Not a Good Person to talk about Sweeteners. I Sweeten Everything. Someone tried my Pineapple/Watermelon DIY once and they said, Yuck, it tasted More like Candy than like e-Liquid. I just smiled.

Good that you know about letting a DIY sit for awhile to let the Flavors Develop. It is a Classic Rookie mistake to Fool with a DIY Recipe Before it has sat for at Least 36 Hours.
